Forum Rules and Regulations. Read before posting!

In here you will find the rules and regulations for this site and forums. Please be sure to adhere to these rules and regulations or you will be banned permanently.

1. There is to be absolutely no flaming or vulgar language used in these forums. Members are required to treat each other with respect. If you do not like another member, do not talk to them or reply to their posts. If a member flames you in public, do not reply, instead, report the post to a moderator or admin.

2. There is to be no spamming on the boards, user profile visit messages or anywhere whatsoever. Anyone caught spamming will be warned, then banned.

3. When posting threads about real life racing series, you are required to have [SPOILER] in the title if the thread contains results of the session or race. Failure to do this will result in a warning the first time, a permanent ban the second.

4. Slandering other companies or games is not permitted on these forums. While we allow freedom in sharing your opinions (good and bad) about other companies and games, we endorse you to do so in a respectful manner.

5. Spamming MAK-Corp members via PM asking for personal favors or help is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Anyone caught doing so will be banned immediately and indefinitely. If you are a corporate or company wishing to acquire help from MAK-Corp Staff, then please contact support[at]mak-corp[dot]net (replace [at] with @ and [dot] with .)

6. We strictly prohibit the posting of any form of nude or porn images, videos and/or website urls. Our site caters to a wide range of aged members and we do not wish for such innapropriate content to be available here.

7. We prohibit the posting of any mods/tracks or items that use work without permission. Ensure you have permission for what you post. Any requests from original authors to remove your posts will be carried out and you will be warned the first time, banned indefinitely the second.

8. When purchasing from the shop, you are required to provide accurate information for your Name, Address and Phone Number. This information is only seen by MAK-Corp shop staff and is used when sending out your products. Failure to give correct information may result in the post office not being able to deliver and/or contact you in regards to your item. Please note that if your Phone Number and/or Email addresses are not correct, the Post Office may not deliver your item of which will be placed in the unclaimed items section of your countries postal service. MAK-Corp reserves the right to replace any products that fall under this category. Make sure you provide accurate information and ensure that you keep it up to date each time you change something in real life.

9. All content made by MAK-Corp and its respective departments such as MMG remain property of MAK-Corp. You may not use or alter any product/mod/track files without the express prior permission of Petros Mak.

10. You are to conduct your activities throughout your stay on the MAK-Corp site, shop and forums accordingly. You are to abide by all the above rules and ensure you retain calm and respect towards the staff of MAK-Corp and these forums throughout every ordeal. We are all here to help you and if you conduct yourself in a logical fashion, we will do the best we can to help you.

In all, we don't want to be too hard on all of you, but these are rules that do need to be followed. We want all of you to enjoy your stay here and enjoy getting to know each other as well as all of us.
